PRODUCT RETURN – FREE

You have the right to return the product you received within 10 calendar days at no cost whatsoever and request its replacement with another size or product. For returns within Greece it is not charged with transport costs, as long as you use the shipping company that we will indicate to you. For returns from abroad, the return costs shall be paid by the person making the return.

The process is simple and can be done in two different ways

Sign in to your account, where it has an analysis of your recent orders

Select the “Return Form” link (to the right of the box) and fulfil the form in order to return

In the window that opens, you select the product you want to return and the reason for returning it

Finally, on the last page, you choose how you want your money back.

It is clarified that in order to proceed with the free return of a product, the product must be in excellent condition received without damage and must be complete within its original packaging. All women’s clothes should be tested gently to avoid damage. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all labels, stickers and all necessary documents that you received and the receipt.

If you choose to use your right of request a refund, your money will be refunded in 5-6 working days from the date of cancellation of the order, or at the latest within 14 working days in some special cases.
